Generator inspectionElectrical & mechanical
Bearing inspections, labyrinth seal replacement, insulation measurements and excitation-component checks as part of a planned overhaul.
Verification: Operational and load testing after service.
Power convertersPower conversion
Hoses and fittings replaced, leakage repaired with the vessel's crew, and the circuit vented and pressure tested.
Verification: Functional checks completed without further leakage or cooling instability.
Automation & controlPropulsion control
Faulty potentiometer replaced, zero point calibrated and external control wiring corrected.
Verification: Stable operation verified in both directions in manual and follow-up modes.
